At Tommaso Cycling, we are committed to ensuring you have the perfect ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes, apparel, and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right through a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and bikes are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that a restocking fee may apply for bicycle returns.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
