We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Do Tommaso bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes ship 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include a basic tool kit and step-by-step video guides to help you finish the assembly in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For apparel, items must have tags attached and show no signs of wear or washing to qualify for a full refund.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames and components?
Yes, all Tommaso frames are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and groupsets are covered by a two-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
